What is the T³ Community?
T³ is the Teachers Teaching with Technology™ community. We are a vibrant, long-standing professional learning organization with a proven history of excellence in the teaching of mathematics, science, and STEM education.
We are made up of hundreds of mathematics and science educators from around the world and serve 60,000+ educators a year in the United States alone.
We are united with a goal to assist fellow educators to be even more successful in the classroom through the effective use of technology. We do this through high-quality professional development, coaching, and support that focused on the integration of effective pedagogy and TI technology to ensure student success.
We continue to grow and learn as a community and would love to have you join us on our journey.
Our Story
The community began in the late 1980s, founded on the importance of teachers teaching teachers. The strength of the community continues to be teachers with classroom experience. This community is composed of educational leaders, including dozens of Presidential Award winners, and pedagogical and content experts. It continues to grow reaching tens of thousands of educators each year through workshops, conference sessions, webinars, online learning, supporting activities, etc.
The organization was founded under the guidance of Professors Franklin Demana and Bert Waits from the Ohio State University. Both were recently awarded lifetime achievement awards from NCTM for their contributions to the education community.
We continue to strive to provide the best professional development for teachers by embracing best classroom practices.
